| Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice required 14 days prior to reservation date to receive deposit minus a 20% handling fee. One night stays, the one night is required as a deposit to reserve the night. Rates do not include 8% rooms and meals tax. Rates do not cover special events such as Bike Week, NASCAR, Timberman, Winni Relay, & Soulfest. Please inquire for these rates. Cots available @ $10/night. Pets are welcome in cottages 9 and 16 with a one time charge of $30 and a $100 security deposit. (Security deposit is refundable upon unit inspection at check out.) |
